Outfield running catches

Anyone else seeing OFs miss balls on running catches? I've seen quite a few already this year. It's almost like you have to run toward the back side of the ball indicator. If you're going straight at it, or towards the infield side, the ball sometimes goes over your head?
Also, semi-related, anyone else having a hard time judging balls on the offensive side? You hit to the OF and it's kind of hard to judge whether the OF will reach it or not. I'm a Show vet and don't quite remember this in past versions.
