Patch Fixed Game Start, But Not Game End

Before the recent patch my game would freeze up right after the matchup screen was displaying and right before the opening intro of the game. Now after the patch the game starts fine, but after I finish and it is loading back to the franchise menu it crashes back to the home screen. Interestingly enough this only happens when I'm using created players. If I start a season with the default Yankees, everything works fine. Xbox One X version.
