Lost my 42 Sixto Sanchez when replacing with newly acquired card please help.

Is there anything I can do? I unlocked 93 Corbin Burns and hit the "add to rotation button" and I selected Sixto as the guy to replace and unfortunately, it seems he was deleted from my inventory. I think this is a bug. I'm worried i will be unable to complete the 42 collection as a result
Note: Please do not use responses to bash SDS devs I am simply looking for a solution.
