Missing players in collection

Okay so I'm missing collection reward hoffman so I can't lock in Chipper. Sent a support request 2 weeks ago with no response. I know a lot of other players have been struggling with the same issue. have any of you guys gotten a response from SDS yet?

They seem to not even acknowledge the issue which is frustrating.

I have the same issue but with George Brett. No response on my ticket for weeks. A little communication would go a long way.
