How do you get the 42 players like Aaron and Ruth?

I don’t see them in any program reward are they preorder rewards only?

Besides buying from the market, yes, they were pre order rewards. I would imagine you'd see those in the future, maybe as soon as 2nd Inning, become available as rewards within programs, Events, etc.,

They were pre-order bonuses I believe. Right now I think you can only buy them off the market. I could see the choice pack showing up as a program reward somewhere down the line.
