Diamond Dynasty Login Error

I have had the game over a week and have only been able to login Diamond Dynasty 1 time. Every other time it has given the "unhandled exception error". I don't know how anyone is playing this if their experience is like mine. Does anyone have any suggestions or is it just the busy servers!

I did do a google search and it was no help. Since I have not been able to get on AT ALL and obviously SOMEBODY can I was wondering if there were any ideas on how to do it. I KNOW the servers are bad, busy or whatever. But I guess I have a hard time understanding why I cannot get on AT ALL!
