I just get frustrated with the lack of communication. It's not that hard to say there is a problem, here is what it is and we're woking on it. Our bad. Nobody is gonna hold it against you being honest. It goes a long way. But, all they want to do is put our a standard tweet every few days that the servers will be down overnight for maintainance.
It's like they never took PR 101.
PR 101: never admit to a fault. They took it alright

Edit to add an example: When an Uber driver is arrested for rape or an assault. Uber doens't pretend he doesn't exist. They say the person is a driver for us, we have terminated him and are corperating with law enforcement. There is nothing more important to us than the safety or our riders and we strive to make sure of that.

If you play at about 9 in the morning until about 5 pm they are fine. Once it hits 6 o7 pm eastern time the go to sh$t

Honestly nothing is going to fix it until someone of high standards says something. Why can't a pro baseball player come.out and complain. U know if that happens something with get done!

That’s a company cutting their losses and covering their a$$ over an individual; wrong example. Now if Uber overcharged on bogus fees and got caught, they would not admit it until they were found guilty in court or would blame it on a glitch. You never leave yourself up for exposure
