HELP PLEASE! What is wrong with this games servers?

Hello all, I purchased the show 21 5 days ago, have not been able to connect to online once. I have deleted the game multiple times, restarted internet, changed dns settings, and not once have I connected. Same network error every time. I really do not want a refund I want to play the game but I may end up with no choice, any one know a fix?

There have been a lot of server issues, but not being able to connect once doesn't sound like the normal trouble we've all been experiencing. Do you live in a dorm? I think I remember reading about people in dorms having trouble connecting for some reason.
