So what modes/game types are perks & equipment upgrades applied to?

For perks and equipment it shows DD but I cant equip anything except bats and theres no attribute boost. I can use perks in Showdown but I cant in ranked seasons, conquest, etc.

Perks are only a showdown thing.

Equipment can be used in DD/RTTS. Equip items from your loadout menu.

[Random_Schmuck_PSN]

Perks and equipment get used to buff your Ballplayer.

Ballplayer evolve with use/program.

The system this year is wonky and complex. My advice, watch some YouTube’s on it or better yet just use real players to save aggravation.
