Support ticket response time

    How long has it taken you to get a response not some generated [censored] from SDS regarding an issue you had ?

    I lost 37,614 stubs on weds when the market decided to eat my stubs instead of giving me Christian yelich. Was wondering how long they usually take to respond or fix these issues

    Submitted a ticket on Wednesday, no answer yet after Trout disappeared from my inventory

    I dont think ive ever gotten a response in any year, except that an issue reported gets fixed or an in game notification that missing items were in my inventory.
    As time. mid to end of year several days at most.
    This time of year with everyone putting in tickets. several weeks maybe.
    This year with everyone spamming multiple tickets several months maybe.

    I’m hoping it doesn’t take forever I need the stubs to finish the collections for Ernie banks.

    Unfortunately for time sensitive things like missing xo that isn’t going to cut it.

    Also, for lost stubs since someone may have purchased those stubs they Are running a HUGE risk by not fixing those issues.

    Their automated ticket received response says 5 business days but I put a ticket regarding missing stubs and items in on 4/20 and another regarding missing xp on 4/26. Neither has received more that the automated ticket received response.

    Well, I submitted a ticket on Apr 19th and haven't received anything but the standard copy paste reply.
