Poor customer service

SDS should be the standard definition of poor customer service.
They never give an explanation or accommodate for “unbeatable consistency” in making mistakes at the bearing of loyal customers.

Very sad. I love the game of baseball and this game makes it feel great to love the game. But I am so close to giving up on the game. It blows my mind that SDS hasn't at all talk to us. Make a YouTube video reaching out to their loyal customers. NOPE... I have said this before and I will say it again, they will not get a dollar more from me this year. And right now, they should be lucky if I stay with them for future games. Glad I haven't bought a PS5 yet just for this game. Maybe SDS should buy all of us the new consoles.

I bought a ps5 for this game alone. I’m pretty pissed off about the situation we’re in with SDS. I’ve been using my pc way more lately

Pc is better anyway. Superior equipment and the best mil sim shooters

What customer service? It doesn’t even exist.

Very bad indeed. No word on a release day ticket yet I put in for losing my $40 extra Digital Deluxe Edition items other than a canned response on how to link accounts.
