Missing Players

Anyone else got players in a pack, but they don't show up for selection in your team. I got Shohei Ohtani in a pack, he shows up in my live series collection but not available anywhere for selection for my Diamond Dynasty team. What's going on.

Did you check starting pitcher? I know there has been problems with cards going missing but usually it doesn't even show them in inventory in those cases

Yeah I had it happen the other day, and submitted a ticket (packed a Kershaw). I've thought I was missing cards in the past, but never really paid too much attention to it. I'm trying to get collections done though, so obviously I'm going to notice a missing diamond...lol.
The worst part about it is I checked in my opened packs here on the site, and that pull isn't even listed. My guess is they're gonna tell me to pound sand, but this is kind of a major issue. People aren't going to want to spend money on stubs if they might have their stuff disappear.

Yeh checked starting pitcher. I did the Huston Street programme, he's missing also. It sucks.
