Does "Game Update 3" includes latest roster?

I'm huge MLB fan in Korea.
Does anybody know whether this update includes latest roster update ?
For example V.Guerrero Jr.'s attribute upgrade. I believe he's current overall ability is too low in The show 21. And I'd like to play with SS/2B/3B infield player Ha-seong Kim in San Diego Padres and SP Hyeon-Jong Yang in Texas Rangers. The were well known players in KBO league in Korea like C.Seager and Kershaw in MLB. Now they are in MLB roster actually. But The show 21 current roster not includes these players. If the roster update is not included in update 3 then I'd like to know the schedule.
