Support Tickets Don't Help Anything

so far I've sent about 9-12 tickets about me losing my cards, I can tell you support is not doing so good right now due and it shows I just would like a little explanation on how the Investigation team takes a week to review it when I showed them all the proof with photos I took and I still never got a response. just getting a lil ridiculous that's all.
In my opinion the support and reporting something is completely useless and it should just be a live chat system because they clearly don't read tickets at all.

There wont be a response unless they need info from you,with that evidence they wont.
what tbey do have is millions of other tickets users have been submitting since day1. -

They don't reply but they do see these bug reports & will do something, I've been here for over a decade so I know will fix the problems listed in the bug report.

What makes you think they have even got to your first ticket yet? There are probably thousands of tickets and 20 people to go through them.

They probably aren't going to be stressing to much on individual support tickets for the first few weeks of the game because they have a lot more stuff to worry about then a few people missing stubs, equipment, cards, etc, This game had a disastrous launch so I'm sure the teams man focus is fixing the game and then they will circle back to individual tickets, but bug reports matter a lot so keep sending in tickets because it helps the team to see what they did wrong.

Nah, youll get it back.only a matter of when.i got some in myself.
Personally i blame the pandemic, sony , and mlb for this.
the pandemic for the staff not being allowed in the building in any kind of numbers, cause lets face it, work at home as much as you can. but a lkt of the equipment is specific and very large.
Sony and mlb for not letting them delay cross platform and next gen and then not letting them delay release, im actually amazed they were allowed to delay a month. Im sure at some point they brought up their concerns and were told to push on anyway.and then to add it to gamepass at the last minute.... thats a real genius there who did that one. -
I sent in a support ticket about an oversight with the catchers gear that I noticed, got a response later that same day that said the info I provided has been sent to their design team. I'm hoping it gets corrected and updated in a patch, but I understand that there are many more important things that need addressing first. Worst case scenario, while I'll be bummed if they don't fix the issue, hopefully it is something that they can correct for next years game.

I submitted a support ticket on 4/20 because I paid $99 for 150k stubs... the $99 is definitely gone, but the stubs have never been deposited to my account. I'm trying to get an idea of how long it will be until I get this resolved. From the sounds of things... it is going to be a while. This is frustrating. Even a simple, "we're still working on your claim, please remain patient" follow up would make me feel a lot better, and I would remain patient. But I have not heard anything since a simple "we've sent this to the team" the same day I submitted the ticket.

they do nothing. You have to figure out does get sds attention. In my job you can say you are going to talk to my manager and Ill gladly let you but if you say you are goin to the BBB we pucker up. Figure out what is going to hurt them

You'd think dissatisfied customers spreading the word of their dissatisfication to other customers would hurt their bottom line and lose customers and lose stub sales. I usually buy stubs a few times per year, and I'm definitely not considering spending any more money on this game until my issue is resolved.
Then again, we are just complaining on the internet. SOmetimes its hard to discern from trolls/troublemakers from people with legitimate complaints.

bro that's what I'm saying like even a follow up like yeah we're investigating and stuff but not even that just an automated response from chuck and no update whatsoever

They only responded to one ticket saying it was passed to the investigation team, I responded to that email 8 times and not a single "We're still working on it sorry for the delay" or anything. They just don't seem to be addressing player issues but instead they need server maintenance every day so

Hate to hear this for you but personally comforting to see others are losing cards too and it's not just me.
In certain aspect I'm not mad about it more like frustration, so many people are losing cards to where I'm scared to sub anyone out of my lineup right now, It's only a matter of time until everyone gets their cards back hopefully.

I’m know I’m very optimistic but tons of people have had cards disappear. I feel like when they’re able to pinpoint what the problem is, we’ll all get back what we lost (I hope). Was doing well before Trout disappeared on me this morning

Ouch! I lost the big diamonds for the WhiteSox, A's, and Indians as I was completing collections. Thankfully I put Feller, Konerko, Cliff Lee, and Eck in my lineup to prove that I did get those collections done. I hope they make it right but I lose faith each day with the way they are handling this big mess of a game right now.

I lose faith everyday too, I pulled trout from a team affinity and lost him and the 42 series Yastresmzki but says I'm at 100% NL West Team affinity, I took screenshots of the Team Affinity pack off the website that show's I pulled trout and they can check that I never sold him so I'm praying right now
