Affinity innings

Anyone have a situation where innings played in conquest don’t add up to your affinity innings? I’ve had this a couple times. I’ve stacked my lineup with certain cards to finish out a 250-inning mission and then didn’t get credit for any. Yes, I’ve noticed when you finish an inning mission, it doesn’t show in the postgame screen. But this didn’t show and then I went to the affinity program and I was still the same.
It’s happened a few times after conquest. Haven’t noticed if there have been other times. Of course, I’m probably an idiot that I haven’t been checking progress after each game the whole time. I’ve probably missed out on more because I haven’t been paying attention.

Given the game can’t seem to track anything correctly I would t be surprised.
