Difficulty Multiplier??

So I’m coming from NBA2k MyCareer where if you play on harder difficulties (HOF) you get 1.5x XP gains. Pretty much rewards players for playing harder CPU. Is this a thing is RTTS or DD? I see that in DD in conquest, you can play harder difficulty to steal more fans, but that’s about it. Thoughts? I’m pretty new the MLB The Show game.

In diamond dynasty yes its a thing, idk about rtts. you play harder difficulty rewards are better and better multiplier.
