To 'Make it Right' for unacceptable experiences, would you accept...

I'm good with a 20 pack. Inning bosses not a fan of them giving inning bosses for free but that's whatever. No to any stub handouts. That will cause inflation and everyone will just complain how expensive everything is. The only thing that matters IMO is them getting the servers to a stable state. I couldn't care less about getting stub/pack/card handouts

No. I’ve already completed all collections. Non-sellable items would do nothing for folks like me. Packs, stubs, and XP are only way to be fair to everyone in game. Frankly, I’ll have 650k by the weekend from playing so many CPU games so even the XP won’t help me unless it’s in Inning Two. I would’ve already had 650k if double XP had actually worked. That leaves packs and stubs. As bad as things have been for most of us, a 10-pack bundle will be a slap in the face and that is likely what will be given. I’ve played a lot of CPU games, but I’ve lost many hours of my time considering the 30-45 minute games I’ve played that didn’t count.

Yeah I mean we will see. They will probably just give everyone their favorite game mode to play conquest and it will have hidden rewards.

I want nothing more than a working game and less server maintnenece especially at the same times every day

2 unsellable LS diamonds of your choice not named Trout? That's fair, but we know they don't know fair.
Not saying we are owed anything, except what we paid for at MINIMUM, but what would you think?
To be very clear... there will be absolutely ZERO compensation for any of this... not a stub and not a pack.

This does nothing for the most dedicated whose finished with the LS
Sunlight. For those who have completed the LS collection through legitimately grinding the game...I wish you sunlight to 'Make It Right." This will feel good upon your skin. You may even get a little Vitamin D out of it.
I know it makes you sad apparently but I work a very good job 60 hours a week on top of enjoying my 3 daughters and wife stay jealous
Tell him lol apparently he does not realize we buy into the collection so that we may still enjoy that sunlight with our families... hard work pays off everywhere if you are willing to go do it

Always begging for free stuff! Pathetic!
God, I am so over you shills. This isn’t free stuff...it’s making up for SDS having a game that is fundamentally broken releases to us and paying 100 dollars for it.

A 20 pack would be garbage. There needs to be do and TA vouchers included as well

They can make the player of the month card Trout when he wins it. That will be fair compensation
Considering the first player of the month card will be 92/93 overall, that would be a down grade for Trout... he has a great card, go get it

I just want this years game to work properly, dont care to get a 10 or 20 pack of garbage and i dont want a bunch of free diamonds given out messing with the game balance in first month of release. Maybe some xp but im not sure how to fairly do it for everyone for in game content. No matter what they do people are going to be upset, and should be this launch has been completely unacceptable and infuriating.
I want 20% off next years game if they expect me to pre order again.
I know they wont give me money back for this year but anyone who bought this years game should get a 20% voucher for next year if they expect anyone to sign up for this kaka again.

I want Ramone to come give my dog a bath and trim his nails
Then the dog would look like that stupid show that aired on ABC with Rebel Wilson.
Hard pass here, thanks.

I think a fair comp for the awful servers would be 8 choice packs for the pre release 42 cards. This will allow pre orders to sell off for 10k in stubs for the 2 duplicates assuming they kept them, 5k for non pre orders, as all cards will go to QS value. It will also allow anyone who chooses to lock in the collection, to obtain 50,000 XP.

The only thing I want is for the game to work consistently and if they can't figure out how to do it.... they should either offer EVERYONE who paid refunds or lose their MLB rights. If they can't figure it out.... let somebody else do it right.

No because I have the whole collection done. Think about other people.

I would take a good amount of TA tickets tho or whatever they are called. Like enough to get you 2 let’s say. And make them wildcard where they can be used on TA 1 or 2. That way everybody gets compensated, it doesn’t mess with the market and we all can go on our way.

I don’t think you know the meaning of irony. Pointing out other people not thinking about other people doesn’t mean I’m not thinking about other people.
I know your hobbies include playing The Show and arguing on the internet but at least be good at it n

Lol. You say “I have minez” as a defense to not give compensation to people that may have been screwed by servers.
You are not thinking of other people.

With 2 non sellable diamonds you are leaving out anybody who has the collection done. Which I might add at this point is a lot of people who keep the lights on at SDS. It’s not the point of I have mine, it’s the point of compensation should benefit everybody equally.
Let’s say they did this and you pulled 2 duplicates you already had locked in. You would be on here complaining. But yet you’re okay with compensation that some people would 100% get that.

They think they are compensating people by keeping Double XP up indefinitely. Double XP hasn’t been applied to the First Inning Program one bit yet. It never worked. It doesn’t matter how long the ads for it stay up. The Sports game companies ultimately don’t ever seem to care that much about their communities. I thought SDS was different but in hindsight they have always been too silent and too tone deaf. The servers are always terrible the first month and they always nerf the parts of the game that are good after a couple weeks if any big streamers or creators mention anything about some mechanic being too generous (like hitting). Last year the game played great at launch and then the first update a couple weeks later nerfed it into the ground. Took awhile for it to get better. They sometimes forget that this is ultimately a video game and not some Uber simulation of real life baseball. 5-2 games against the CPU are not very fun. I’m scoring 10-25 runs against the CPU right now and having fun when the game works. If the hitting and pitching mechanics are messed with and the game still has server issues, people will just move on this year. There are so many games out there. The newer games that require online connections for every aspect of the game will continue to have server issues. They underestimate the number of people that play at launch. Every single click on the game requires a server connection and there are huge bottlenecks. Outriders was another game recently that has huge server issues partly because they didn’t have offline modes. The difference there is that the smallish Polish company that developed the game has been very vocal to the community from day one and also has promised makeright packages to everyone that played the game. 2K, and now SDS, don’t even acknowledge that there is much of a problem at all. The big company Sony also has problems acknowledging problems. Yesterday PSN was down worldwide before they even acknowledged that there was a problem. Support was telling everyone for at least 30-60 minutes that the network was functioning properly. A big portion of communities are very toxic, but much of the bad PR and reactions could be avoided if the companies would just be more vocal from the beginning. You cannot let problems fester without discussion in 2021. There needs to be community managers that don’t have hands tied and zippers on their lips placed by the game runners. Those policies do not work in today’s world.
