What are the Levels in your Universal Profile?

In previous years the more you played and earned XP, you went from a Bronze to a Diamond. I see Im a Level 19 but in what? A few days ago I was a level 22. So i either lost levels or im on a different tier but I dont know how to figure that out.

I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think the universal profile levels mean anything
