XP - What I am told I get I am not getting

Not only am I not getting double XP, I'm not even getting the stated XP. I just did the Hank Aaron 1st inning moment which is supposed to be 2,000XP and I got 596XP. Now I know why I'm progressing so slowly. I wonder how much XP I've been shorted since release. No way can I get to the first inning boss cards at this rate. I'm getting like 30% of the stubs I should be getting. What a disaster this has become.

I am getting way less than normal XP tho. Says 3 or 4k and i typically get around 1,000 total. So i receive about 25-33% of what i should. I would have been happy to get the 50% lol. I have a long way to go in 1st inning program still.

Same thing happening to me. I'm getting 30% of normal XP, not even 30% of double XP.
