XP - What I am told I get I am not getting

Not sure if it's been posted, and a forum search turned up a lot but not this specifically.
I was wondering why I was going up so slow in my XP. I felt I should be higher in my 1st Inning Program XP and so I did a calculation.
Started with 293055 XP. Played a game and got a total of 4018 XP earned according to the end screen (and it seems to correspond to what I was seeing in game but I never calculated that). I was expecting to be sitting at 297073 XP after the game but I am sitting at 295995 XP which is 1078 XP short of where I expect to be.
So I played a second game to verify the results, and starting at 295995 XP, I gained 4032 XP from the game so I expect to be at 300027 XP but I am at 298415, which is 1612 XP short this time.
So in 2 games, I am 2690 XP short. Over the course of the last week, that makes me VERY short overall and I should have been well over 350000 XP by now. Assuming it averages out to 33%, I should have close to 100000 XP more than I currently do, which would take me close to the 400000 XP level. That's a lot of grind.
So, is there something I don't know about and I am not taking into consideration here?

Same here. It appears that the game is showing you the double XP in game, but only awarding regular XP, which is really frustrating. I've occasionally had the extra XP show up after the fact, but it didn't do any of that last night at all.

EDIT - Ran a 3rd game. Earned 4063 XP. Should have a total of 302478 but I only have 301075 so I am short 1403 XP. This is again hovering in the 33% range.
This is more than a double XP issue.
Any chance that someone from @SDS (maybe @Collin_SDS_PSN ) will comment or even acknowledge the issue?

Ha! Literally just posted about this. So, apologies for the double posting.
But yeah. It’s looking like it’s about 33% today.
Where it was at least Half yesterday, which would actually be the correct amount, but not doubling.But today I seem to be getting less than that.
But hey, DOUBLE XP!!

What bothers me about this (beyond the obvious) is that I have a limited amount to time to play right now, and even though the rewards are not earth shattering, last year, I found myself playing catchup most of the year because I was not able to cash in on some of the early rewards.
For me, right now, there is still a Ballin Pack (I know, 1 or 2 golds....lol), a Headliner 1 Set (I know, a silver....lol), 30 x The Show Packs (I pulled Trout this year in a free pack,,,,first time for everything I guess), 15000 Stubs, a Classic Stadium, a Diamond Ballplayer, a Space 1 pack and finally a Live Diamond.
I put in a lot of effort in my free time to grind only to be short by more than I should be. I don't think at this rate I will be able to get to 650K XP with my work schedule and my other responsibilites (family, home, etc.) and that I will fall short not due to my not putting in the effort to do so but because of some wonky @SDS math, that irks me ever so slightly.

Good way to get you to buy stubs...don’t give enough XP to get to the bosses, or better packs, so you have to buy them instead.

No, it's exactly what it is. The after game xp is showing you double xp, but the inning program is only crediting you for normal xp. At some point today you may be credited with the missing xp. I know I was yesterday when I got 10 or 11 thousand xp after a game, and it actually rang up in the inning program.

Double xp ? Not working at all. Sometimes no xp...watda...Seriously SDS never mention this problemo.

Makes sense really. SDS has to make up for all those people who successfully linked their accounts and get 1-2 levels of xp with every 3-inning game played. We have to pay for their mistake with the slow-rolling xp. Smh.

I am getting way less than normal XP tho. Says 3 or 4k and i typically get around 1,000 total. So i receive about 25-33% of what i should. I would have been happy to get the 50% lol. I have a long way to go in 1st inning program still.

with all the server issues im confused as to how people have over 200k xp right now, to those people did you play early access and it was awarding xp at that time?
i didn't do the early access for whatever reasons, bought the game friday night, played through the weekend when the server would let me and play a couple games a nightly during the week. this all vs cpu as i have no ambition to play online anymore and thats fine thats on me but i have like maybe 90-100k maybe? im wondering if i just havent noticed the double xp... -
I was able to get in some games last week, and I finished a lot of 1st Inning Program missions like Showdown, Conquest, Moments, etc. That helped get me up.

I feel like I have been playing like crazy. Large map done, 1st inning map done, Eric Davis done and I have 153k. This move to XP really blows. Stars were no problem last year.

I got my 42nd hit with 42 players online yesterday and received nothing for it. My XP always says double after the game but I never get double. some games i get none

Wth, this is ridiculous. I feel like I'm getting swindled for all the effort I'm putting in. With the whole "double xp" thing it feels like false advertising or something.
Is this because they extended the double XP weekend? Did this start on Monday?

For several days I wasn’t getting 0 XP l. I had to delete the game and download it again to finally see XP. It may not be double but at this point I’m glad to get something. Wish I wouldn’t of completed so many things when it wasn’t working. It would be awesome if they’d go back and add the XP missed but that won’t happen.
