How Are “Freeze Off’s” still a thing in 2021?

I was literally stuck in a frozen screen for over 20-30 minutes after his pitcher on ZERO rest (Gerrit Cole) got injured just for this guy to message me saying that I quit after he initially claimed his game dashboarded. How is this okay SDS??? He literally admitted to exploiting/cheating!!!! (https://mlb21.theshow.com/games/22553668?username=I+TH3+H1TM4N+I)

I had the game freeze the other day after injuring my opponents pitcher. I doubt it was user intentional freezing.

Dang are pitcher injuries back? Just one more random thing in a non competitive game I suppose.

Had it freeze twice yesterday. Once was after the final out in an event game I won 5-0. So irritating. It did make me suspicious but I can’t prove anything.
