The fact that it has been 11 days since original problem and over 3 since your last "We are working on it update" with no communication to the hundreds if not thousands effected by the linking glitch should be completely embarrassing to you and your company.
It would be nice if you would at least respond to the messages, the multiple tickets, and the boards - or at least act like you care to some degree.
Glad I don't treat my customers how you treat yours - I'd be out of a job.
