been 3 days now and no response from them about the issue wtf is going on my account on ps4 says its not linked but on my show account its saying it is and cant unlink this is outrageous cant even play on my account

I can't play either, my game keeps saying its corrupted and I've uninstalled and reinstalled over and over, nothing works.
