Is Wagner good?

We're short on lefty relief/closer arms it seems so thinking about picking up Wagner.

Any feedback on this card yet?

I picked him out of the pack. Used him a few times. Didn’t seem like anything special 96 mph fastball and his offspeed is eh. His delivery seems different too. Less deceptive this year. I took the 71k and will stick with silver Chapman
