Cards disappearing from inventory

Yesterday I got Trevor story from events and when I woke up this morning he was missing from my inventory. How can this be fixed

It will re-appear... when ? I can't say but it happened to me for the .... 5-6th times and it's very fun cause ... Well it's not fun at all lol

This also happened to me I got Freddy Freeman last night and now he's gone

This happened to me with 1st inning reward Tatis bat. Not there, did not sell it and have passed the XP to earn it. Dunno what else I’m missing. Don’t know how to report it or how to get what I am missing back. This is really bad. I cannot trust the inventory for the game now? How does this get addressed/fixed? I know I got it cause I equipped it and was using it!
