Success Getting Earned Rewards?

It's my own fault for playing Showdown now while the servers are bad, but I did anyway. I won, and guess what...server issues and a message I didn't win. I submitted a ticket to Sony for the 35k XP and I included a video showing that I won it. I'm just curious if anyone else has done this, and if they were successful in getting what they deserved. Thanks, and I hope everyone is well.

Good luck. But I bet that they have enough reports and e-mails that it will take them weeks and weeks to catch up.

I would be shocked that they give you the XP.
I know I'm the past it was a 'sorry about your luck' scenario because they wouldn't know if you lost connection or dashboarded out of the game.
But, you never know because if the current servers issues.

I would be shocked that they give you the XP.

I’ll be surprised too. But the video clearly shows me winning and goes to the exit screen saying I won. There wouldn’t be a reason for me to dashboard out. I honestly suck at the game, so I just don’t want to sweat through it again.

Quick update. The automated response said they’re experiencing a high volume of calls (Surprise!) and it may take 5 business days for a response.

Honestly, you're better off trying to replay it.
5 business days takes you to next Fri the 30th.
The program ends the following Friday and evidently they thought it would be fun to go to strict XP based awards so once the 2nd Inning drops, you won't be able to play ANYTHING from the 1st Inning.
If rather roll the dice on the servers than wait for them to reply. (Considering I sent them a ticket the Friday during early release and I haven't heard ANYTHING from them)
