LOST PROGRESS WHEN LINKING ACCOUNT

I, and thousand of others, linked our main account to the other platform through theshow.com website, and it erased all of our progress, purchased stubs, and preorder bonuses. The only help any of us get from SDS is troubleshooting tips for linking and unlinking. The problem is a lot of us don’t even get the option to unlink on the website and when we do it in game, the site says we’re still connected.. this is super frustrating and not ok. A lot of us have lost a lot of money with no mention of it from SDS at all. No fix in site. No nothing. . . If you’re contemplating on linking accounts, DONT DO IT. you may regret it like us . . . Please help us bring this to SDS attention! This isn’t right.

SDS has shown a complete lack of courtesy for it's customers. They've gone radio silent and won't provide timely updates. The support tickets are useless because they all send back the same templated response that doesn't help.
SDS, GIVE US BACK WHAT WE PAID FOR OR REFUND US!!!!!!!

I had the same problem. When I unlinked the account it comes back. Then I relinked it and it stayed. Then it wants me to link the account over and over again. I just keep it unlinked until they fix it.

You’re lucky you get the option to unlink.. a lot of us can’t unlink and that’s the issue really.

You unlink it from the game console. Click on your guy at the top left of the screen, select profile and in the right lower screen you should be able to see unlink if it is linked or link if it is not linked. If it says unlink, then click on it to unlink it. Hope this helps

I truly hope you guys get your stuff. Server issues and all that are one thing but that's not ok. You deserve answers at least..

I did unlink in game.. but it’s still linked online.. it’s a [censored] mess right now.. something is definitely broken

I have the same problem, this is frustrating, I want to play, but everything comes out as if I have not played and I have even spent money buying packages and others

I really want to link to Xbox and play over there but I’ve already completed all live series so don’t want to risk losing it. So They’re costing themselves $60.

it doesnt get any easier either bro.. lets just hope they do in fact fix it real soon.. but theyve barely even acknowledged it as an issue.. most of us get instructions on how to link and unlink accounts like we dont know how to work a computer and they dont give us any real help... and sony wont refund anyone simply because the game is downloaded.. like no [censored] its downloaded ... at least xbox might actually refund as ive never really had an issue getting money back from them

in my case I do not want money returned, I only want my progress, purchased cards and cards obtained with the missions returned

I think people want their money back because at this point they’re doubting whether SDS will provide that (what you outlined for us).
It’s been a week that many have been experiencing these issues. And we have yet to have any sort of solution (real solution, unlinking the account does not work for many!).
I agree with you though, ideally I want to play and just receive what I paid for.
