How do you add your rtts player into rotation?

everything I've been reading is saying you can have your rtts player in diamond dynasty? This seems op ? Am I wrong? And how can I add him in?

Needs the control archetype to be found under SP, but the other archetype (velo and break) are RP positions in DD, but still can have high stamina and picked as a starter. The position in the top righ corner of the loadout circle is the DD position.
I am starting to understand RTTS more, and may not be as bad as I first thought. Helps if you enbrance the 2way player concept and have a pitcher and hitter loadout. I recommend watching the ballplayer feature premeire too.

Okay found him but I guess he dosnt keep his full load out? How do I make him progress in diamond dynasty? I saw something about feeding him cards
