Where can I get a refund

Personally I'm keeping it and hoping things get worked out but if you downloaded the game digitally you need to contact playstation support. They will tell you since it's been downloaded and used that it will be a one time exception but I'm sure they are aware of the complaints and will give a refund.

These are SDS server issues, and effect everyone. Thankfully I mostly play in the morning, and should have the boss tomorrow. And yeah, I'm on a PS5.

Actually ever since i turned crossplay off it's been great! And i have a crankstart version ps4.

They need to do what watch dogs did and give us all option to get a refund. This is complete garbage. Can i get my 100 for the game and 100 for the stubs i bought first day of the early access? I hope the MLB pulls your rights and gives it to EA. I don't care anyone says, madden never has this kind of problems. Every year it's the same [censored]. Give people their money back on this hot pile of garbage you call a game

The major issues have been present for a full week now. It is 4 days since launch. We are way past fixing it in no time.

A refund would be a nice gesture, cool some of the resentment we all have towards SDS right now and wouldn't even make a dent to their bottom line. I think a lot of us would end up repurchasing once we saw the game was actually playable as advertised.
If we had this experience with just about any other product you can think of, there would be a path for a refund. Make it happen SDS!

For those saying that EA should take over baseball. The games that EA makes are absolute trash. Yes their servers work but the game is such a pile of [censored]. Once this server nonsense gets worked out, this will be one of the better games SDS has made unless they do what EA does every year and patch an average game into complete garbage. FIFA, NHL, MADDEN they are all complete RNG exciting messes. This franchise does not improve at all if it was EA. there is a reason EA is routinely looked upon as one of the worst video gaming companies in the history of gaming, right around the level of LJN from Nintendo days.

I don’t disagree that EA games generally are not great quality, but what would you call a mode that does not let you progress, a mode that randomly renders hours of play useless, and a mode that crashes when you try to tweak rosters? All of which are still problems for many people a week after launch.

At this point they should be talking about refunds. Not blaming SDS, they obviously want the game to work as much as we do but the product doesn’t work. It obviously wasn’t ready to be released and they couldn’t push it back any further into the season. Hopefully we hear from them soon with a resolution to this.
