Xbox One Framerate Improvement after server fix?

Playing on Xbox One S today and feels much better. Can someone else confirm? Or maybe I'm now just use to the bad framerate. But it does feel like the framerate has picked up in DD and offline.

Still really bad for me in offline mode. Would really love a dev to tell us if it was our issue with tv or monitor or an issue on them/servers.
