    I've been a loyal PS player but switched to Xbox this year. The network error is starting to make me question whether next year is the year I don't have a baseball game in my system. I love baseball, but this game is just far too glitchy. Losing conquest games because of network errors. Losing rewards at the end of games because of network errors.

    NOW, I am locked out of showdown!!!! This is unacceptable. I've restarted twice and still get an error everytime I try to start showdown. Worst part, this was my first attempt at the affinity showdown. Now I can't even get into it. So have l lost that part of my game now??!!!

    I have been playing the show since 2008. I get the mass influx on launch that causes server issues. My biggest issue is now to have anychance at completing programs you have to either be really good or play literally every day due to everything having expiration dates. Adding that to the server issues, and every year the game is geared more towards professional gamers makes the game not worth $100 to the average everyday working person with a family.

    I’ve lost moments that I’ve completed to these issues and let’s be real, moments can be fairly tedious to do. Is it possible to fix this issue?

    I just completed the 1st Inning Showdown and as soon as I got back to the main menu screen, I received the "unhandled server exception" and was then told the final challenge would be counted as a loss.

    I need full credit and vouchers for completing the 1st Inning Showdown. You cannot be rolling out new content and then it's simply unplayable or able to be counted toward any progress.

    I'm desperate. Streamers are playing RS and events like nothing happens and I can't even get to DD menu... I downloaded NHL 21 and Madden 21 again to see if it's not my internet, but MUT and HUT working ok, even Fall Guys I can play, but no DD for me...
    How is that possible? Someone is playing and I can't log into this game?

    What about the roster vault? Anyone comment when or even if they plan to fix that??
    For me this game is worst than MLB 20, So for 80$ game I expected at least a decent roster update.

    It’s crazy I’ve had 4 of these. The most stressful part of showdown is after the success screen to see if you will get booted out.

    Take these complaints to Playstation and XBox. It was the only way to get anything done. Look at CDPR with Cyberpunk. You can complain to the developers all you want but until you start wanting money back or legal action nothing will change.

    First i cant play after 9:PM because of server issues and i cant play at 8AM because of the same server issues. This is getting ridiculous. I paid good money for this game and i can never play it. I want some serious compensation, lots of stubs, XP and lots of free diamond cards. Ive sent email to support and no serious replies. Your company is becoming a joke. So disappointed in this game and SDS.

    Pro tip... the servers are trash... fire the company hosting them or fire the employees in charge

    Retailers as well. (For those that bought physical).
    If I can’t play today I will start pestering BestBuy for a refund. I have to imagine the response to that is going to vary whether it’s me and a few dozen others, or thousands contacting saying the game is broken.
    And if it’s a massive number, that’s when they begin moving up their chain, looking for answers as to why customers are pissed and want refunds.
