Why Can’t I Make a Catcher?

I used the C archetype and it gave me a silver archetype for 3B. WTF?

I'm not sure what you are referring to. There is no position specific archetype. As long as you are right handed, you should be able to pick an archetype and then select catcher as your position when you start RTTS.

Every archetype is position specific.

No they are not in RTTS. In DD if you use your My Ballplayer they are but RTTS doesn’t care. You can’t be left handed I read to make a catcher. I have an RTTS catcher right handed. Had no issues picking it during the coach conversation with Sparkplug loaded.
