Not getting xp

I finished up a game of conquest it was giving me xp during the conquest game but when I got back to the main screen said I didn’t receive any xp or stubs didn’t start doing it until the servers were down earlier. Since then it will say I get xp during a game or something but when I get back to the main screen my xp doesn’t go up on the xp level and it doesn’t give it to me. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Same thing happening to me. Haven't got any xp through gameplay for the last 3 days. Submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything yet

So,I’ve never submitted a ticket on a issue before. How do I get go about that? From time to time last year I experienced a disconnection from this severs but just accepted it and moved on. However so far this year the “unknown server” has taken away quite a chunk of early rewards of XP’s and stubs from me after a considerable amount of time invested in the game. I feel compelled to reach out to them.

What I ended up having to do I had to delete the game and then reinstall it and after all that it started giving me xp again. That’s the second time I had to delete it and reinstall to get xp to work hopefully they get it fixed.

Go to support on the top right side, click on the game you want to open ticket about, scroll down to "report an issue" on the right hand side. The more of us that open a ticket about this the better.
Thanks man. I will do that. Too much time invested and stuff lost to let this issue ride.

Mine did this yesterday. I closed out of the game, reopened it, and it gave me the 20k or so XP I had earned that I didn't receive. Don't know if that will fix your issue at all.

I finished up an exhibition game and I had gotten a lot of XP and when I went to diamond dynasty none of it transferred over
