    Yep..I just bet you have.

What's your network speed? You using a monitor or TV? I'll bet all we have to do is match your setup and we'll all have near perfect results too.

SDS has slight issues about every day. On their inaugural offering to all platforms, you would have thought they could have kept the "slight issues" to something quite a bit slighter.

BTW, what is your definition of slight?

If they haven't fixed them in a decade. They are never going to fix them.

Johnny is right - there are many variables - imo you need an internet speed of at least 50mbgps download, 10mgbps upload - also preferably hooked to an ethernet cable direct to modem + a monitor with 1ms of response time

I don’t think you understand the concept of overhead. The base game and the deluxe editions pay the salary’s of the people building it for the next year, you like the new players every year? Yeah that’s what the stubs pay for, factor in the fact that between November to April people aren’t buying stubs and they have to pay the employees working on the game. The office has bills, the deliveries of paper ink toners, to say that they have “no overhead” is ignorant because the bulk of the people buying this game have it, and the weekly income on stubs, factoring in office rent electric and other office expenses there is in fact over head. It’s not like they went to the dollar store and got discount servers the servers cost money to host on. There are so many factors you assume but don’t know. If you were an employer and not an employee or live of your mommy you’d know these things

The main reason for server issues this year are from the Xbox community joining us. More players aside though they are also dealing with next gen consoles. They just need to do some fine tuning and we’ll be alright. It’s the official launch week and I think a lot of us assumed it was only a matter of time before it happened

shouldnt they have waited until they a least have adequate servers to attempt a xbox release? nothing against xbox players it just seems like sds should have been more prepared.

Im guessing that after getting their work doubled (cross platform) then doubled again( new gen) having their work reduced by 75%(covid) they new they were scrambling and wanted to delay at least something but werent allowed to.
I also think the free on gamepass was a last minute surprise to them too.
I understand all the anger and frustration, i have some too, but these guys have already gotten screwed 5 ways to sunday.and thats before we got here.

Agree with most of what you say here but youre talking specifically about the devs and programmers. I don't think anyone has a problem with the actual devs bc most people know that they work really hard. I think the resentment most people have is aimed at SDS management and decision makers. The actual devs work with what they are given and i understand there probably isnt a lot they can do but SDS as a whole is just becoming EA 2.0
