all my progress is gone

I signed into theshow.com and I think i deleted all my progress since the new game came out. I turned my Ps4 on and my name is the same but have nothing that I purchased and earned so far. I did not think it would sign me out of the account I had for years. It will not let me recover my password getting sigh in error. Is there anyway I can restore the old account I have had for years? Please help thanks.
