Tatis HR in Mantle Program

Anyone else having a difficult time getting this moment done? I have no clue how many times i've tried this and had 1 that was going out only to get robbed at the wall. Otherwise most of the time it dies at the track.

There is such a variation of what happens in moments. A buddy of mine whipped through a few moments where I struggled and I flew through some that he struggled. Moments are very finicky. I usually take some time between them when I'm struggling, come back and usually get it. Just stick with it!

Use directional hitting and Power swing then aim for left field/right field. 3rd try i hit a monster homerun with him. I'm struggling with the Wille Mays moment though. I can get 2 hits no problem but i can't seem to hit a HR with him.

I actually hit an inside the park grand slam to get it done.. lmao I wish i could’ve clipped it. I had a triple but just kept running and for some reason the catcher was way off the plate. Must’ve been a bad throw. It was whack though

Haha I tried that once and almost got there. Barely thrown out at the plate. Nice way to tease me SDS. lol

Hit directional, keep up and in and wait for a curve. He handles those pretty well.

Yeah, Moments - to me - are no fun cuz they’re like “work.” This one with Tatis did take me FOREVER!! Even when it says Rookie, it’s not. It feels like Legendary. But I do suck, so go figure. But I’m still having fun!

Directional all day, got it first run. But there really is huge variance, and it's not skill based

But I’m still having fun!It's not that the moments are hard, the pitching is just so slow you basically just want to swing before the ball even gets to the plate. I play on Veteran/All star and I can't count the number of times i thought i had a good swing on some of these moments only to hit it off the end of the bat or miss completely. That's without even mentioning that half the pitches are balls but hey thats moments for you lol.
