Purchased Stubs not delivered

Has anyone found a resolution to purchased stubs not showing on their account? My initial ticket said to wait, and PSN said that The Show would resolve it. Now I got a follow up ticket from SDS that says PSN needs to resolve it. Hoping there's a fix out there since it seems like I'm getting conflicting info.

Didn't receive any of the bonus items I was spose to receive. All the gaming problems is one thing, but to spend over $100.00 and not get one single extra as of yet is just plain ridiculous.
