I was very early reporting though. Within an hour of launch. Ticket etc. Specifics with a stream running so I had documentation. It was only one transaction. Once I saw it missing, I laid low and did buy now only and packs.

I didn’t give proof of anything. But didn’t think it was necessary, because they should be able to see it on their end. I don’t stream. I also didn’t report right away because it was such a widespread issue, I figured a patch would fix it. Not having to manually credit people’s accounts. If this didn’t happen all at once, it likely means they have to do just that. What a mess.

There is literally no way of proof if you are not streaming... I’m sure they can figure it out on their end.

Did they send an email or anything stating they were returned?
Only asking because I was missing some and sent a bug report myself, but it wasn't alot and the only way I would know if I got them yet is if the told me. I think it was maybe around 3-4K.

I was missing some but I never filed a bug report. I saw that tons of people were reporting the same l, so I figured it’s be sorted out. Hopefully they’re there when I log back in

There's always proof. It's in the metadata. Having a stream or picture on your phone only expedites the verification process.
Every single keystroke in financial services is recorded when you enter a transaction into a repository. MLB the Show marketplace works with the same programming language. Whenever you place a buy, sell or pull a transaction from the market, there's metadata with a timestamp that runs out 20 characters. They're stored in DB2 files and retained forever unless someone physically smashes the servers.
The data is backed up instantaneously off-site as well. I programmed this stuff for 15 years. It's how data records work.
Don't be discouraged. They'll get everyone whole.
