Unable to Play Night Games with Created Stadiums

I noticed that whenever I use a Created Stadium, and select 7pm as the start time, it plays the game as a day game. Announcers say "we are under the lights" but it is the middle of the day.

Is this a bug or are night games not available with created stadiums? I used my own stadium I built, then tested on a handful of template stadiums and they were all day games as well.

they said they will put in the feature to play created stadiums at nights later as an update. can't do it now.
