Entitlements for Digital Deluxe

I'm still not seeing any of my pre order content. No stubs, packs or anything. I submitted a ticket to the show support and they said "they were told that the entitlements should be processed now", instead of actually looking into why I'm not seeing mine.

Once I clicked on my profile and accepted the fair play terms, all the preorder goodies showed up.

Unfortunately, I've already done that and I got nothing.

I connected my account to theshow.com and when I came back, all of my profile progress and digital deluxe content was gone. Support gave me the exact same response. Kind of upsetting.

I had them when I initially logged on for the first time. When I tried to redeem them there were server errors. When I restarted and logged back in, the deluxe edition bonuses were in my DD team but the additional preorder bonus of packs and stubs was not. I'm assuming it's gone for good because they've not responded to me in my trouble ticket.
Edit - They're not in my team or available to redeem. I'm on Series X.

Did you go to buy stubs and see if there is a redeem option? You may have to back out of DD and go back in.

Same thing happened to me; the digital deluxe and tech test bonuses made it through, but I never received my preorder bonus of packs and stubs. I've gone back into the Stubs page every time I restart the application, and the entitlement hasn't shown back up.
I submitted a ticket yesterday morning but unfortunately no resolution yet for me either.

Yeah, I did that and nothing said redeem. However, I just unlinked my account from theshow.com and everything was there. Maybe I missed something, but I guess you don't have access to the pre-order stuff when it's linked.
