increasing overall/ adjusting attributes

it seems im not really getting any increases in attributes or overall...after like 20 gamss im only 57 overall...something im missing?

Didn't they say that you would only level up your attributes to level 50 or so and beyond that you would need to up them with equipment and perk cards? So pull out that credit card, buy some stubs and improve your player.
It is really sad that people seem to be hitting the limit in less than 24 hours.
