All Diamond Dynasty Erased after linking accounts

Anyone else had an issue where all their data was erased after linking PS and Xbox accounts? I purchased the Deluxe versions and had already opened all my packs and got my stubs. Now everything is gone! What a waste of my money, I hope they will reinstate them.

You need to go into the game on your system and UNLINK.

You then need to go back into the game and link the account using the code given and put it into the website where it says "Please enter the link code for Cross-Platform progression."
