Midnight Eastern 9:00 PM Pacific.
Basically 2 hours and 45 minutes from now.
Like the others said, everything I've seen says midnight eastern. Don't know about anyone else but I'm gonna play til the new Falcon and Winter Soldier releases then try to get in a few more hours before work.
