SDS Question -- Purchase algorithm/process for Xbox?

Question for SDS.
So, I ordered the $99 version for my Xbox Series X on 3/4. Got an e-mail from Microsoft last night saying that the date the game will be available to play got moved to 4/16. Okay, so it shifted by 3 hours... okay, that is fine.
Anyway, today I got an e-mail from Microsoft that my game purchase went through (great/perfect). However, the game is still only taking up 123MB on my system, so we all know that is not the full game.
So, two questions.

When will the full game actually download to my Xbox Series X? (Approximate Date is fine.) Sometime the next week ahead of time, or right when the game time launches (which would make no sense as it would load up the servers too much at one time when it could be spread out).

When will the game actually be "playable" on the Xbox? 4/15 @ 9pm PST or 4/16 @ 12am PST?
Anyway, looking for clarification on the process. Can you guys do a quick straw man on when what happens when?

Game downloads approximately on xyz date in advance (or not in advance)

Game is actually playable at xyz exact time ....and, will I have to download more starting at xyz time, or will I already have the whole game downloaded at xyz time in advance?

No one knows when the game will actually download. I'm guessing closer to the 13th or 14th though. As for your second point, 3/15 at 9PM PST

Its not on the 9th like on Playstation?

Game will be playable at midnight eastern thursday into friday, which is 9pm pacific.
my library says expected dl on the 9th(ps4)for auto download.so you might want to check whatever is the xbox equivalent. -
I believe it downloads tomorrow and will be available on 4/16 12am ET or 9pm PT (unless you got the standard edition it would be 4/20.
