It's Polyphony, what did you expect. They're notorious for delays; we'll be lucky if it doesn't slip further to 23.

Correct but let's break it down if you purchase 3 new games in the year @60.00 each that is 180.00 so if you play at 3 least 3 games in full from game pass everything after that is free.

That is one way to look at it. The other way is to simply divide the number of games played via game pass by the price you paid for game pass to get the average value for each game.

But you are correct that it really only becomes a benefit to the player once they have played two or three games via game pass. Saying that it is free though is misleading to those who may not have game pass for some reason.
