What is the S? Isn't it the digital version of the X? I'm not very knowledgeable on Xbox at all. If that's what it is, yes it's next gen

It's not quite that simple. For PS5, the digital and disk version are essentially the same console besides the disc drive (hence the $399/$499 price points). The Series S is a more budget friendly next gen option at only $299. It still has the SSD and most next gen features, but it is obviously digital only, has a smaller SSD (less than 400 GB) and doesn't do 4K. I actually have the Series S and have enjoyed using it so far as a Game Pass machine.
To answer the OP's question, since the game is either an Xbox One or a Series S/X version, I would say stadium creator will be available on the Series S.

Stadium creator needs to be able to be made on PS4.It's not fair that's it only on PS5 because I shouldn't have to buy a new console just to have the opportunity to build my own stadium.

There is reasons that it's only on next gen. Ps4 can't handle the extra information. It's pretty much at its peak now. Nothing to do with being fair. On top of that, why wouldn't thwy have extra on the next gen?

The older consoles don't have enough memory to do stadium creator. It will never happen. SDS is not trying to withhold the feature, the older consoles just are not powerful enough.
