Beat thing to do it turn it on, play it and enjoy. I did that and everything runs fine. A few games have ps5 versions available so download those but other than that, enjoy the purchase

Mine is being delivered tomorrow, I watched a few YouTube videos about what you are asking and saved them to watch later for when I get it.

I watched YouTube videos on what to setup but after turning it on I didn’t use any of those videos from before. I found it easier to move games with an external ssd and used the cloud storage to transfer the rest.
