Like I said, go download OOTP that's the answer.
I would agree except gor the statement controlling the player. Thereby OOTP does not answer the question.
The answer is to the poster is SOL, because once you take control of the player, your skill is going to influence the outcome one way or the other.
So the only way to get what he wants is to play OOTP because no game is going to be like the OP is wanting, that literally can not exist. So download OOTP to get the closest thing to it.
But that isn't what he wants. You are offering an incomplete substitute. And you did so without acknowledging that it is incomplete.
What he wants is to compete online without putting in the work others do to get to a level he didn’t rightfully achieve. It’s completely unfair to take a guy like pitchingrebel for example and allow someone who bought the game yesterday to be able to even come close to beating him. You LOse. You learn. And you improve. That’s what gaming is.

It’s disturbing to me that you still can’t comprehend simple explanations. I am beginning to wonder if you have a cognitive disorder.
The literal only way to have players in a game play to their real life counterparts like you want is a sim like OOTP, you will never ever get that in a user controlled game. So go download OOTP to get what you want

It's funny how you say no one can comprehend what you are saying yet you refuse to listen to what is being told to you. Ironic.
What you are asking for is simply not doable no matter what game engine is in use, period. If you have human interaction into the game, players will never play like the real life person. People are great at the game, people are bad at the game and people are average and everything in between.
To be honest with you, even OOTP wouldn't be a solution because in that game, you will still have players playing above ratings and having monster years when their ratings don't show they should. There is just no way to get what you want when people playing the game are involved.
You keep going on about this game engine yet it still would not change anything, period. If a guy in real life is a decent home run hitter so you're engine allows him to hit for power and someone who is extremely good at the game will do amazing things with that player. He will hit way more home runs than that player should so thw what? The game limits the amount of home runs he can hit with him? If the game blocks you from doing better than what the player can in real life, no one would play this game. It would be boring, predictable and users would be taken right out of the game.

The OP wants the player's stats to mean something, I used to agree with this, but I have learned that's impossible. The only way to do this would be like a manager mode where you control the overall strategy but you don't control the actual players.
That would be a boring game to play. -
