Warriors is correct. Everything related to Diamond Dynasty is saved on the server, so by simply logging in all of your progress and cards will be there. You will probably have to enter your saved preferences again (zone vs. direction, meter vs. analog, etc).

If you play franchise or something else that gets saved on the console itself, you may need to make sure you actually upload saves to the cloud and then redownload on the other console. I can't say I've done that myself, but it should be pretty straightforward.

Yes, I play franchise. So maybe that works, upload from PS4 and download on PS5. I will give that a try, thanks!

I assume it's not possible, but would be nice if you could put PS4 franchise on USB and plug in PS5 to continue franchise.

Seems like that isn't necessary. I got the PS5 today and setting it up gives the option to transfer games and saved data from PS4 to PS5.

I have to tell you I've got a PS4 white controller and the dual sense charging station for PS5 controller. I was trying my best to connect what I thought was PS5 controller into dual sense and getting very frustrated because it didn't connect. Whoa! after much aggravation, I realized it was the PS4 controller! I continued with PS5 controller and it works quite nicely. One thing I can tell you is the PS5 controller is heavier than PS4 controller.

If you enjoy platformers and/or Playstation history, make sure you check out Astro's Playroom. It's short, free, pre-installed on the PS5 SSD, and it's a good showcase for that shiny new Dual Sense
