Really getting sick of games not counting!!!

Games constantly going to the queue is getting really old. I know that the 20 cash cow is essentially done and 21 is like 6 wks away but it'd be nice if half the games we play on THE CURRENT game would start counting. That is all!

Yep just finished a 60 minute ranked game I won in & game summary not found. I'm done w this game.

Happened to me in the event all day. Opponent's rage quit was taken as a friendly quit and the same happened when I lost/win with walkoff.
Really stupid bug -
Back to back RS wins just now didn't count. Super solid customer service!

It's really awful. Absolute waste of time. You spent almost 2 hours on those games I assume? & Got sxrewed out of your time.

Just under 2 hrs I think. Just trying to pass the time on a boring Sunday. But ya it'd be nice to know I'm not wasting my time. At least not more than playing a video game itself lol.

Just happened to me and another two times this week is so annoying this mess of a game is why i wont get 21 or another show game sadly

I have won 5 ranked season games in the last 24 hrs and 4 didn't count as a win. It said 'if this is a friendly quit then it won't count' etc etc... I have lost 2 and they both counted. What is going on. This is BS.

Happened to me today. How is this possible. Grinded my [censored] off for this win. Exited the post game like normal and stats didn't even count. How is this even possible?

Happened to me twice this week. Most recent one I was 882... “game summary not found”. Those two games have successfully cost me World Series and 1,000,000 stubs. Im absolutely boiling at this point. No wonder cards are still 1,000,000 stubs. Nobody can get to World Series to get them and sell them because their games don’t count!

I had a problem with a game I lost yesterday, really tight close game, I think it was a bottom-of-the-9th comeback for my opponent, shame to lose it, but did actually get some hits for guys I'm trying to prestige, and same problem... so my opponent didn't get the win richly deserved, and I didn't get the stats. I tried to report the issue through email but don't know if it'll get fixed because there was no game to be found in the game logs, so couldn't report the problem via the usual channel. Exited normally after the post-game with no indication of a problem, until the game-not-found box popped up.

Just had ANOTHER Event game where I got my 2 XBHs with AS Jackie not register.
Come in SDS! Why is this STILL happening?
And why is it ONLY the games where I get the XBHs? How come ALL the others count?
I can give two crapz about the loss/win.
But if you're going to have us require online stats to complete missions; it would help if the [censored] servers actually worked.
Seriously getting closer and closer to cancelling my pre-order for 21 and waiting until I see what the servers are going to have the capacity to handle the traffic.

Ok, well I can't make a negative post about the game without making a follow up post when circumstances change.
It appears that some, if not all of my games that went to the queue are now appearing in my game history. Looking at my SP stamina it appears the appropriate adjustments were made.Thank you SDS for making the situation right. Whether it was an effort on your part or something automated, I appreciate the effort.
Looking forward to '21. I've bought every edition of MLBTS since it's inception. I know it will never be perfect but I've always very much enjoyed the game.Despite its occasional hiccups and constant battering by its detractors, I think the game is fantastic in most ways. The first baseball game I ever played was on the Atari 2600 so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to the history of baseball video games. Some of you people have no idea how far we've come in a relatively short period of time. Done rambling. Just wanted to post this update.

Same here, looks like the affected game I wrote about has been logged. Support contacted me to explain the game would likely be showing up so appreciate the response from them earlier today. I didn't know there is a game queue until I received the message from support.

Did anybody find a fix for this “Game Summary Not Found” error? Been getting this error for a week now. I can’t play any games in DD. So frustrating.
